Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order ship?
Once processed, your order ships within 3-5 business days – depending on the address. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking link.
My package is delayed—what should I do?
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. Continue checking your tracking link or contact the carrier for updates.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
Please:
– Check with nearby neighbors or a leasing office
– Look around your home for the package
– Contact the carrier directly
If the carrier confirms delivery but you didn’t receive it, reach out to our
support team.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, and all items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like to start a return, please send us a message, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where can I view my order history?
Once logged in, navigate to Orders to view all past and current orders.
Can I change or cancel an order from my account?
Orders begin processing quickly, so changes/cancellations are not
guaranteed. Email or chat with us ASAP with your order number.
Why aren’t my orders showing in my account?
You may have checked out as a guest or used a different email.
How do I track my order?
Log into your account → open your recent order → click Track Shipment.
(Tracking is also emailed once your package ships.)
